To become a Soul Sister Circle Facilitator you will be required to complete a written application and submit a short (no more than 2 minute) video presentation detailing why you want to be a part of Soul Sister Circle and why you believe you are the perfect woman for the job.
If we approve your application, you will then be required to have an interview with Soul Sister Circle before being formally invited to join our team and host Soul Sister Circle events.
How long will it take for you to review my application?
We review applications at least once a month, so you can expect a response from us within that time.
Will I be required to sign a license agreement?
If your application is successful, you will be required to sign a 12 month (renewable) license agreement.
What are you looking for in a Soul Sister Circle Facilitator?
There are a few key qualities that we are seeking in a Soul Sister Circle Facilitator, including the following.
You are a natural nurturer: You’ve got that compassionate, open minded, Earth Mama vibe. People often come to you for advice or just to feel seen and heard. You feel a genuine connection and resonance with women – even ones you’re meeting for the first time. You relish the opportunity to make others feel at home, celebrated and appreciated.
You have a relentless hunger for personal and spiritual development: Soul Sister Circle is fully committed to continuous personal expansion. We share it through our events, speak it through our social media channels, and live it as we work and move through our lives. We are the hungry ones. The ones always seeking to become fuller, more aligned expressions of ourselves.
You are ready to make a difference in your community: Soul Sisters are devoted to continuously stepping up to serve, even when it feels uncomfortable. Make no mistake! The impact of the community that you create as a Soul Sister Circle Facilitator will be profound. You will experience moments of overwhelming gratitude that this is your calling. As you watch the magic of sisterhood unfold, your heart will expand knowing that you played a significant part in this positive shift.
You’re a self-starter and love to make things happen: While Soul Sister Circle will provide you with a tonne of support, you will still need to be a self-motivated go-getter. Events require a lot of logistical work so there will be times where you need to get your hustle on.
You’re flexible: We’re calling on dreamers moved by big missions. We’re seeking savvy self-starters who are flexible enough to work within the confines of tight budgets and the many variables that impact events. Flexibility, out-of-the-box problem-solving, and an ability to think on your feet is a must!
You are ready to step outside your comfort zone: Regardless of your history or level of experience, this gig will require you to step up in ways that feel unfamiliar and sometimes uncomfortable. As a leader, you will be expected to walk your talk and lead in a way that is authentic and in full integrity with Soul Sister Circle. This is soul work so it is going to take you places you’re not expecting, and there will be no hiding. While we will have your back, we will also hold you accountable and expect you to grow with us.
You believe that all people are inherently whole and complete: This is critical! Every woman already has everything she needs within her. She is not broken. She does not need fixing. Period.
You are ready and willing to activate others: At Soul Sister Circle, we believe in empowering the self in order to more fully live our potential and serve the world. We love deep diving into important conversations around what it means to be an awakening woman, but our real mission is to empower our community to influence positive change in the world. As a Facilitator, you will be responsible for inspiring your sisterhood into action, encouraging them to dance on the edges of their comfort zone and play a little bigger.
